Our sparkling wine is manufactured from the best basic wines according to the traditional champagne method. Only the best and healthiest grapes make it through a preliminary picking process before being processed and their juices subsequently fermented with the natural yeast. Following a long period stored in a barrel and 24 months' storage in bottles the sparkling wine is riddled and disgorged.
Our first attempt dates from 2005 and has a balanced body. A taste of light brioche that endures for a long time.
